The Unicon Associates was established in June 2018 by a team of young, professional civil engineers with over 10 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. Our team has worked with several multinational companies across a variety of cross-functional roles, including site execution, estimation and billing, project controls, project management, digital transformation, and product management. This diverse expertise has enabled us to create a unique, integrated approach that is helping to transform the construction industry from an unorganized sector into a more structured, efficient, and organized on

Tushar brings over 12 years of expertise in the private and government sector construction industry, having worked on numerous domestic and international sites. His extensive experience encompasses managing large-scale construction projects, estimation, billing, site execution management, and project controls for private as well as government sector projects.
Tushar holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is pursuing his Master's in Structural Engineering. He is a certified and authorized structural consultant and valuer by the Town Planning and Valuation Department, Government of Maharashtra.
With vast experience in project estimation, budgeting, and cost control for residential and commercial projects in private and government sector, Tushar has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as the Public Works Department - Maharashtra, Water Resource Department – Maharashtra, MIDC, ZP, and various Municipal Corporations as a Project Management Consultant.

Sumit has a decade of expertise in Construction Project Management, having contributed to numerous domestic and international projects. His skill set includes project estimation, budgeting, planning, cost controlling, BIM, 5D planning, and Digital Transformation. Previously, Sumit worked in the UAE and Africa as a Project Cost Controller and ERP Project Manager, specializing in ERP implementation and management.
Sumit holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has pursued Executive Management in Product Engineering. He is particularly passionate about leveraging digital transformation to empower the construction industry. Sumit firmly believes that integrating technology into construction projects can effectively control scope, time, and cost.
With vast experience in planning and project cost control and management for building and infrastructural projects, Sumit has collaborated with many reputed construction companies in India, the UAE, and Africa.
